- Full legal name
- Valid phone number (for screening purposes only; you will not be contacted)
- Desired session or service
- Preferred date, time, and duration
- Any relevant details demonstrating you have read and understand my expectations

If you anticipate being late, notify me immediately via the agreed channel.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all sessions. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due in full at the start of the session. Tribute is presented without prompting.

All confirmed bookings receive a Protocol Instruction email 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations

- Less than 48 hours notice for cancellations result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- For Fly Me To You and International Travel bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
